This project has been a journey of ideas, creative problem-solving, and countless decisions, all driven by a belief that dream homes aren’t just for the lucky few. Before Rosario Shores began, this spot was home to a classic slice of Kiwi bach life — a weathered 1970s house that had seen better days. With retro styling, tired interiors, and more than a few hazards hidden behind the walls, the house definitely wasn’t short on "character."
Just steps from Orewa Beach — consistently rated one of New Zealand’s best — the property offered panoramic estuary and ocean views that made all the quirks of the house easy to forgive. It was a setting that deserved homes built to truly make the most of it.
The location at Rosario Shores is like no other — sweeping views, coastal calm, and everyday beauty all around.
